Our story- We started off as an Odyssey of the Mind team at Lake Pleasant Elementary back in 2019. Over the past five years, we've maintained a program of at least 20 students and have advanced to state finals every year and two teams qualified for world finals in 2023 https://www.azodyssey.org/. During that time, we've overcome many challenges and developed a passion for using teamwork, creativity, and our STEAM skills to achieve great things and build lasting friendships. As we approached high school, we decided to take on a new challenge to share our love for innovation with the local community. After lots of brainstorming and problem solving, we built the Creative Innovators Project. What We Do- We are a student led program that aims to bring out the creativity of young minds with the help of adult mentors. We participate in various projects such as Odyssey of the Mind, Robotics, Local Service Projects, and Entrepreneurial ideas. Our goal is to spark creativity in the youth and encourage them to become part of solving today's problems.
Fostering innovation, resilience, creativity, and teamwork to inspire youth to be part of the solution for today's challenges in our community and the world at large.
